Seasonal Detox
“The Power of Agni: Reset Your Digestion”
In Ayurveda, the transitions from winter to spring and from autumn to winter are periods of energetic shift in nature, when the microclimate and the soil’s microflora are renewed.
A similar process of transformation takes place in our bodies — especially in the microbiome. During winter, digestion requires more enzymes to process heavy and fatty foods, while in spring it needs support to assimilate fresh greens and lighter meals.
Each season influences our internal processes:
– With the arrival of spring and warmth, the body begins to eliminate the fats and mucus accumulated during winter. This can lead to thickening of the blood, stagnation of bile and lymph, and slower circulation. As a result, symptoms such as nasal congestion, colds, allergies, inflammation, swelling, and flare-ups of liver or gallbladder issues may occur.
– At the end of summer, it’s important to help the body release excess heat and cool down in order to prepare the digestive system for the heavier, fattier foods of the winter diet.
The body can easily adapt to seasonal changes and microbiome renewal when supported through a seasonal reset and a gradual transition to appropriate nutrition.
Benefits of a seasonal digestive reset:
✔ Normalizes digestive function
✔ Eases the load on the liver and gallbladder, improving skin condition
✔ Reduces inflammation
✔ Activates digestion and metabolism
✔ Increases energy and focus
✔ Improves sleep quality
Give your body the chance to renew itself!

The reason for contacting Sabira was high blood pressure for a week, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. The tests showed the presence of high bad cholesterol, which led to blockages.
In January, I went through a “no-fast ” detox on Sabira’s recommendation. I had no experience of complete cleansing before. What I liked about Sabira’s cleansing program was that she not only provided advice, but also provided materials with information and a detailed menu-constructor with recipes necessary for detox. The main thing is that you don’t have to invent anything, all the recipes are there, all the products can be bought locally. The recipes are simple, quick and easy to prepare. I liked them all. The menu includes drinks, main courses, and soups. But all dishes are meat-free and vegetarian. Spices in dishes give them a special taste. I didn’t use such seasonings before, but now I have them constantly in my kitchen.
10 days of cleansing is not long and you don’t have time to get tired because you’re not starving. I liked Sabira’s support before, during and after detox. She was always ready to answer questions and was interested in how I was adapting to new food. My results: lightness in my body, swelling and bloating gone, I lost 3 kg. The blood pressure is back to normal. I feel good.
Thanks to Sabira for her work, for her recommendations and advice. And to everyone who wants to take care of their health, I recommend a “no-fast” detox from Sabira.
My doctor advised me to either lose weight or take medication for high cholesterol. I tried cutting down on cheese and started taking red rice yeast. Sabira then told me about a detox program using mung dhal, which I tried and enjoyed. I started doing mung dhal fasting days on Mondays. When I returned to the doctor after 6 months, my cholesterol levels had dropped and I had lost 4 kg, so cholesterol medication was not needed.
Thank you Sabira!
