My journey to a balanced life
From a young age, I faced numerous health challenges. Despite undergoing medical treatments involving pills and procedures, I always sought out natural alternatives to support my health, whether through herbs or yoga.
As a single mom and full-time middle manager at an international humanitarian organization for 20 years, I’ve navigated various countries, climates, foods, and societies, often in conflict and post-conflict regions across Africa, the Middle East, Russia, and Ukraine. Balancing these demands and the stress of my work left me with little time or energy to care for my body, leading me to rely on Ibuprofen to manage physical symptoms.
When menopause began, already depleted from years of stress and demanding work, I ended up with burnout and an autoimmune disease. In my quest for health solutions, I discovered Ayurveda, which offered me a natural, gentle, and adaptable approach to healing. It became a turning point not only for my health but overall lifestyle.
In 2021, I graduated from the Ayurvedic Academy in the Netherlands as an Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. That same year, I made the decision to leave my international career behind and return to my roots in Kyrgyzstan, with a mission to help others discover their path to health and longevity.
Cooking has always been a passion of mine. Graduating in 2022 from the Ayurvedic Nutrition and Culinary Training (ANACT) under the guidance of the Ayurvedic chef Divya Alter has allowed me to enhance my culinary skills, appreciate the power of spices and vegetables, and deepen connection with my digestive health.
My aspiration to be a healthy mother and happy woman by aligning myself with Nature’s rhythms has guided me to where I am today. While I still face occasional health challenges, Ayurveda has been transformative in healing my burnout and autoimmune disease. Most importantly, Ayurveda has taught me how to prevent these issues from recurring.
